The
Challenge
HotelHub’s existing website failed to reflect its world-leading software.
The website looked dated, with inconsistent colours and typography. It was also time-consuming for the marketing team to update.
March was tasked with building a new website that positioned HotelHub as the leader in its field through engaging storytelling and visuals.
The new HotelHub website needed strong UX and SEO to generate more leads, and the marketing team needed to be able to add content quickly and easily.
The Solution
Through user surveys, heatmaps, and analytics, March uncovered insights into user perceptions and pain points.
The information architecture was prototyped using an iterated website wireframe to create an interactive, low-fidelity site for HotelHub’s stakeholders to test.
Developed on WordPress with Elementor, the new HotelHub website features GSAP animations that bring the brand to life and set it apart from competitors.
March’s designs embraced HotelHub’s branding, incorporating vivid accent colours, bespoke illustrations and infographics to enhance its visual identity.
The website structure was improved, with separate user paths for prospective customers and job seekers.
The new HotelHub website garnered praise from the design community for it’s strong user experience.
March also integrated the site with two CRM platforms – Salesforce and Hubspot – to streamline workflow for sales and HR teams.

The Results
The website has received several industry awards for its inventive and accessible design, including UX, UI, and Innovation Awards from CSS Design Awards and CSS Winner.
