Libman’s customer research revealed that although customers adore Dishmatic, the brand required a refresh to enhance the shelf appeal of its products and to better convey their advantages.

Libman entrusted March with the redesign of Dishmatic’s packaging, which included updating the MK5 handle and refreshing the classic handles.

Embracing a bold, new brand, March’s objective was to set Dishmatic apart from its competitors while highlighting its ability to deliver outstanding results.

In addition to the Dishmatic handles, March undertook the packaging redesign for other items in the Libman range including Linti, Palm Scrubber, Glide, Bathmatic, and their Breast Cancer Awareness special editions.

Website

March collaborated closely with Dishmatic’s product design team to translate their vibrant new packaging into the digital domain.

Interactive water bubble flourishes and animations were integrated into the new website to elevate the customer experience.

The introduction of the DishHub section on the website served as a focal point for customer interaction, featuring updates on product enhancements, seasonal promotions, and social media initiatives.

The Results

Following the rebrand, Dishmatic products gained interest from retail chains across the UK. It is now available at major retailers including John Lewis, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, B&M and Poundland.

The launch of the new website led to an immediate 45% surge in visitor traffic, coupled with a notable 20% decrease in the bounce rate within the first month.

Enhancements to the mobile experience significantly improved user engagement, as seen by a remarkable 42% increase in visitors from iOS devices during the initial month.

By bringing the vibrancy and charm of Dishmatic to the online realm, March provided an engaging and distinctive platform for customers to connect with the brand.
