Challenge
Libman’s customer research revealed that although customers adore Dishmatic, the brand required a refresh to enhance the shelf appeal of its products and to better convey their advantages.
Embracing a bold, new brand, March’s objective was to set Dishmatic apart from its competitors while highlighting its ability to deliver outstanding results.
In addition to the Dishmatic handles, March undertook the packaging redesign for other items in the Libman range including Linti, Palm Scrubber, Glide, Bathmatic, and their Breast Cancer Awareness special editions.

Interactive water bubble flourishes and animations were integrated into the new website to elevate the customer experience.
The introduction of the DishHub section on the website served as a focal point for customer interaction, featuring updates on product enhancements, seasonal promotions, and social media initiatives.
The Results
The launch of the new website led to an immediate 45% surge in visitor traffic, coupled with a notable 20% decrease in the bounce rate within the first month.
